We are seeking a talented individual to join our Account Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in Miami. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Account Representative will play a vital role in enhancing the client experience, driving new business, and facilitating retention throughout the client lifecycle.

We will count on you to:

• Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Support the account team in driving new business opportunities and facilitating client retention.
• Prepare and present proposals and reports to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management or client services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What makes you stand out:

• Currently hold a P&C License
• Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
