Our client is seeking a dedicated Activation Marketer to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the Industrial Specialty Division, focusing on Specified Construction Portfolios. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating awareness, demand generation, and lead generation programs, facilitating content health initiatives, and engaging in activation marketing process improvement projects to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage organic digital marketing and customer education tactics to drive awareness of overall market presence, key product differentiators, engagement opportunities, and new product introductions.
- Ensure optimal product content health on digital platforms and distributor websites.
- Collaborate with the events manager to facilitate tradeshow and event presence.
- Optimize association engagement.
- Generate architect and specifier leads to drive sales pipeline.
- Support activation marketing program health initiatives as needed.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to track and communicate project details for planning execution and performance of projects.
- Proven experience in driving projects forward to completion to meet deadlines by collaborating across teams, taking initiative, and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of marketing communications best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience planning and facilitating event booths.
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms.
- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or a similar field.
- Two-five years of experience working in a complex matrix corporate setting.
