Full time in office- M-F 8am-5pm, Full benefits, $23-$25 per hr depending on experience

Job Description:

• Screens voicemails and forwards them to the appropriate entity, department, or employees.
• Answers/Screens/Transfers all incoming calls to the appropriate entity, department, or employees.
• Control and monitor access into and throughout the facility by temporary personnel, auditors, visitors, vendors, clients, contractors, local, state, and federal regulators.
• Ensure conference rooms are clean, stocked and prepared for client and vendor meetings.
• Inventory/Order/Distribute office supplies for all entities as needed.
• Emailing invoices with backup documents to customers using Outlook, Adobe, and Adobe writer
• Entering inventory items and worked hours to invoices and processing batches daily
• Pull parts from individual's inventories with a need for detail
• Monitoring the cost of each inventory item to be sure that they bill accurately
• PROFICIENT with MS Office, Outlook and other computer programs

Seeking candidates that live close to the Anaheim area and have at least 2 years of working in an office environment.
