Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Answer phone calls, manage schedules, and assist visitors.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication via phone, email, and mail.
  • Assist the team with organizational tasks and facilitate effective communication.
  • Address inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Contribute to the success of the team by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and manage information.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
Position Details:
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Starting Pay: $20 per hour
