We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant for our client located in West Sacramento. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving team and contribute to smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering and directing phone calls, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, both physical and digital.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for team members.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as needed.
  • Assist with office supply management, ensuring supplies are stocked and organized.
  • Support office operations by handling data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate team activities and assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.

Details
Position Type: Full-time (Temp-to-Hire)
Pay Range: $20 - $24/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
