Job Description:
As an Adobe Analyst, you will support the Adobe Architect by providing analytical assistance in designing and implementing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Analyze data sources for structure, quality, and relevance to AEM implementation. Identify data gaps and recommend data cleansing and enrichment strategies.

Requirements Gathering: Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document requirements for AEM implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical constraints.

Solution Evaluation: Assist in evaluating solutions and technologies that meet business requirements and architectural guidelines. Research and provide insights on industry best practices and emerging trends in AEM and web content management.

Documentation and Reporting: Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents. Prepare reports and dashboards to track project progress and key metrics.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Support testing and quality assurance processes for AEM deployments. Develop test plans, create test cases, and perform system testing to ensure solutions meet functional and performance requirements.

Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and technical teams on AEM functionalities and best practices. Provide ongoing support to address user queries and troubleshoot issues.

Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze AEM implementation performance. Identify areas for improvement, propose enhancements, and contribute to best practices and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an analyst or in a similar role supporting software implementation projects.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and its modules, including Sites, Assets, Forms, and Communities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques, database concepts, and SQL querying.
• Excellent documentation and report writing skills.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with web content management systems or digital marketing tools is a plus.
