Purpose of the Position:In conjunction with the Dining Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for residential dining in the Commons. Incumbent will assist in the responsibility for reviewing, monitoring, interpreting, analyzing, evaluating, and comparing data to: to improve and control food costs; lower labor costs; identify and respond to customer trends and design effective marketing for the operation. Incumbent will assist the Dining Operations Manager with monthly inventory, process various reports including news letters, handle all correspondence and aid the Food Operations Manager in the completion of their administrative duties. Process invoices and deposits in a timely manner. Responsible for submitting accurate payroll reports on all students, hourly and classified personnel. Responsible for the duties associated with the Black Board System.
