We are adding an Assistant Marketing Manager to our team. This role is an IN OFFICE role, in Irvine, CA.
This role will support a Technology based Data organization. This is a new role, due to tremendous growth. This role will pay up to $100K first years annual salary.
Must have experience: B2B Marketing in a SAAS Platform
* Will lead, mentor, and provide coaching to a marketing team while managing external vendors and technology partners, including those handling web development and integration.
* Content creation: Ability to develop content that attracts visitors to the company and its website.
* Supporting a wide variety of duties such as strategic digital knowledge, web marketing, web analytics, content strategy planning, link building, and keyword strategy. Pay Per Click and SEO experience are a must.
* Leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to drive user acquisition, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer lifetime value. Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
* Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous growth.
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify key target audiences and develop tailored messaging and positioning strategies.
* Collaborate with product management and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches, promotions, and sales objectives.
Skills and Knowledge:
* Marketing channels: Email marketing, PPC (pay-per-click advertising), SEM (search engine marketing), SEO (search engine optimization), SMS marketing, and social media marketing.
* Marketing data analysis: Experience in analyzing data from various sources like A/B testing, conversion rates, and campaign results.
* Google Analytics: Working knowledge of this popular web analytics platform.
* Tech savviness: Comfortable using and adapting to new marketing technologies and platforms.
* Experienced with paid Ad thru Facebook, google or similar platform, extensive hands on management experience.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
* Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and email marketing tools.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
Experience, Education and Skillset
* 4-8 years of experience in successfully developing and executing marketing and SEO campaigns
* Strong knowledge of search engine ranking factors, and SEO best practices
* In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Semrush, heat mapping tools)
* Experience working with content management systems, (Wordpress)
* Experience optimizing on-and-off page SEO
