As a fully integrated, full-service enterprise, our client has the experience to cover the full spectrum of construction, including the design phase, and real estate acquisition and development.

Your new role

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish (A majority of our projects are public projects)
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols on the job site
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking expenses
• Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
• Supervise and provide guidance to construction crews
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success

What you'll need to succeed

• What you will need to succeed in this role is experience working on city agency projects. .
• You will need to have experience working on big budget projects.
• You will need at least 4+ years of experience
