The Role
We have an opportunity for an Associate to join our Structural Practice. Candidates for this position should have experience in medium to large-size aviation projects such as new terminals, concourses, hangars, and other support facilities, preferably in a consulting engineering firm environment.You will have the opportuntity to work alongside a high-level team of experts, learning directly from leaders in the firm. This role offers a unique pathway to further step into business and management, providing invaluable experience in leadership and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the direction, coordination, planning, organization, integration, and completion of engineering projects within the area of assigned responsibility.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements.
- Perform analysis and design of structural systems for all types of buildings and materials using various building codes.
- Manage design team members and supervise the work of engineers and draft persons.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer and/or SE License.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the US and internationally.
