Position SummaryThe School of Planning, Design & Construction (SPDC) at Michigan State University (MSU) invites applications for an Assistant Instructor/Instructor(s) to teach in the Graduate Certificate Program (GCP) Real Estate Development and Construction Certificate (REDC) with an expected start date of 1/1/2025. Class taught by the instructor is PDC859 - Construction Management and Real Estate Case Studies (Spring Semester). This is a part-time position. The full-time equivalent percentage may vary depending on the candidate's experience, education, and the number of credits.Position is planned to recur every Spring Semester

Required DegreeMasters -Construction Management, Real Estate, Business, Architecture or related field
Minimum RequirementsApplicants are required to have a Bachelor's degree for the Assistant Instructor rank and a Master's degree for the Instructor rank; degrees should be in Construction Management, Real Estate, Business, Architecture or related field. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in real estate, construction, design or related field are required.Desired QualificationsTeaching experience in Real Estate or Construction Management courses is preferred.
