SUMMARY: Stride Tutoring is an exciting new startup within Stride's portfolio of companies, focused on building and scaling an innovative educational marketplace that connects tutors and students. Our aim is to enable students to achieve their educational goals through receiving high-quality, personalized online tutoring from expert, certified teachers. Over time we plan to expand this marketplace further to serve a broader set of educational needs for a wider range of customers.

The Marketing Specialist role is intended for a versatile marketer with at least three (3) years of experience who has a broad understanding of marketing best practices, strong project management and vendor management skills, hands-on experience with marketing analytics and ad platforms, the ability to draft copy and generate simple creative assets, great attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly. This role will require curiosity, an innovative mindset, and an appreciation of quantitative support for marketing decisions. The marketing specialist will be responsible for supporting multiple channels including sales enablement.

  • Own the project management of marketing activities, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
  • Design and create digital marketing assets using Canva to leverage in paid social advertising, various partnerships, display ads, and to support sales enablement to achieve key Tutoring OKRs
  • Build and oversee usage of an asset repository with original and stock images, branded content, and videos.
  • Manage website update requests and implementation of the changes.
  • Develop templates for case studies, presentations, infographics, and other marketing documents to support internal and external initiatives.
  • Manage webinars and other marketing events, either remotely or in-person (as needed).
  • Post content in social media channels on a regular cadence, respond to DMs (as appropriate), and direct prospects/leads to sales resources.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and reporting to maximize lead generation rates.
  • Support reconciliation of invoicing, purchase orders, and other contract-related follow ups via Accounts Payable and Finance.
  • Develop paid search ads, optimize website content for SEO and create valuable email content to share with lead list.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand generation activities, such as lead generation, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity, to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support demand generation initiatives and expand reach in target markets.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Three (3) years of experience in marketing
  • Strong project management skills
  • Basic proficiency+ running Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, organic social media, and Meta Ads
  • Intermediate proficiency+ with any email marketing platform (Pardot preferred)
  • Basic proficiency+ in Google Analytics 4
  • Intermediate proficiency+ in Microsoft Office products
  • A desire for continuous learning and professional development
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to clear required background check
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency and follow-through, and resourcefulness/entrepreneurial mindset
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to build strong working relationships

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.

We anticipate the salary range to be $41,865.00 to $95,368.80. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
