Our client, a leading plaintiff personal injury law firm is looking for a calm, adaptable, and efficient Backup Receptionist/Floater to join their team. This role involves managing overflow calls, covering the receptionist desk during lunch breaks or absences, and providing essential administrative support across multiple departments. You'll be part of a fast-paced environment, handling everything from case management tasks to client outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Manage busy 5-line phone system, providing coverage for incoming calls and handling overflow.
• Save case records into the firm's case management system.
• Assist the Office Manager, Intake, PC, and Settlement Departments with tasks such as copying, scanning, picking up checks, and running errands.
• Call potential clients to gather additional case information.

Qualifications:

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple calls at once.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
• Prior administrative or receptionist experience a plus.
• Professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
