Our recruiting firm is partnering with a distribution company in Delray Beach, to find them a Bookkeeper. This is a well-established and well-known company, poised to continue growing and expand it's client reach.

The ideal pay range is between $27-$30 per hour (depending on experience). This is also ideally a temp to hire opportunity as the client prefers to hire in this format.

Job Summary

• Data entry and invoice reconciliation
• Reconciling credit card transactions
• Posting journal entries
• Assisting with month-end close
• 3-way-matching invoices with purchase orders
• Issuing payments via printed checks and electronic transfers
• Sending and accepting customer statements
• Following up on past due invoices

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Bookkeeper type role focused on AP functions
• College degree is preferred, but not required
• Bilingual - English/ Spanish is a plus, but not required
• 100% onsite position
