Volt is immediately hiring for a Business Analyst in Austin, TX.

As a Business Analyst you will:
Supports business analytics for the data centers and will partner closely with the operations teams to analyze, manage, and report on costs & their drivers. A successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, such as creating and managing dashboards, analyzing data, ensuring data is accurately maintained / entered in a system, managing projects, identifying trends, and driving operational efficiencies.
Required Skilled:
- 4-6 years of experience in a Business Analyst role in a high-performing organization
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience applying analytical techniques to provide solutions to real business problems
- Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence business partners
- Creativity to go beyond the current solutions to solve problems
- Demonstration of improved efficiency in previous job functions
Preferred Additional Skills - Project management
- Experience with enterprise software systems (i.e., SAP)
- Experience with budgeting & cost management tools
This is a Full Time, Contract opportunity.
Location: Austin, TX 78727 Duration: 12 Months
Work Schedule:
Mon-Fri 9am - 5 pmPay Range: $36.60 Per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
