Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Description:
As a Business Analyst, you will:
- Analyze complex end-user needs to determine optimal solutions.
- Identify specific business application software requirements to address complex business needs.
- Develop project plans and coordinate resources, including those outside the unit.
- Collaborate with programming staff to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design and testing.
- Serve as a resource for software users, addressing questions and issues.
- Provide direction and guidance to team members, acting as an expert for the team.
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of business analysis experience, including knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
