As a Business Analyst - Product at HanesBrands, your day will be filled with data-driven analysis and strategic decision-making. You'll dive deep into complex datasets, extracting actionable insights that drive business growth and innovation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll leverage your analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, shaping the future of our iconic brands.

How You'll Make an Impact
• Develop a deep understanding of HBI's business strategies, objectives, and competitive landscape
• Conduct analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within datasets
• Build visual analytics to support data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to implement analytical solutions effectively

What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, mathematics, economics, data analytics, or related field with 3+ years of relevant work experience (or equivalent); and additional 4+ years of experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
• Master's degree with 1+ relevant work experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights
• Proficiency in analysis tools such as PowerBI
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
