SUMMARY:

Responsible for the planning, execution, cultivation, and monitoring of account acquisition and penetration of customers in designated segments. Regularly calls current and prospective clients to obtain orders for Kforce services to ensure customer satisfaction. Builds solid, profitable relationships with clients through the delivery of exceptional service characterized by mutual respect, understanding, and trust.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage in client development activities. Activities include but are not limited to: sourcing, initial client qualification, identifying potential end users/decision makers, establishing contact relationships, completing company and department profiles, candidate marketing, identifies cross-selling opportunities, identifies national/third party/vendor on premise opportunities, schedules and conducts new client visits (virtual or by local office)
  • Ensure local market alignment with initiatives related to client targeting.
  • Call prospective or existing clients to obtain and/or close agreements for services or identify new hiring managers.
  • Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and qualify/classify target accounts within assigned geography. Keep abreast of market dynamics and trends within specific market and region and forecasts client demands.
  • Establish client expectations and effectively communicates to appropriate parties. Advise client on staffing solutions. Introduce Account Manager or Recruiter (when applicable) who will be assigned to service account after business relationship has been established.
  • Coordinate with Recruiter once a job order need has been identified and obtained.
  • Leverage current systems to track and maintain current and prospective clients.
  • Determine and implement appropriate marketing techniques for market, industry, and region. (e.g. e-collateral)
  • Complete required reporting and paperwork on a timely basis.
  • Develop and execute daily plan.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate's degree plus 1 year of related product/business experience within the staffing industry or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Normal workweek schedule is 50 hours.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Travel as required, up to 5%.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
