We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Change Manager to lead and support a complex SAP S4 HANA-driven transformation initiative. This role is critical in ensuring the successful adoption of SAP S4 HANA across the organization by applying proven change management methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S4 HANA, change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and process adoption, with hands-on experience in managing large-scale change programs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) leading change management efforts for large-scale, complex SAP S4 HANA implementations or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of the SAP Activate Methodology and proven experience applying this methodology to drive successful SAP transformation projects.
• Expertise in key change management processes including Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Assessment, Change Communications, Process Adoption, and Training Development and Delivery.
