IDR is seeking a Chargeback Analyst to join one of our top clients in Brentwood, Tennessee or Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Chargeback Analyst:

- Research, initiate, and respond to credit card chargebacks, retrieval requests, and specific pre-arbitration and pre-compliance cases across multiple platforms.- Adhere to the rules and strict timeframes set by the bank card associations, and Reg E and Reg Z.- Analyze documentation received to support the dispute to determine if the transaction(s) qualifies for a chargeback based on the respective bank card association rules and regulations.- Collect any additional documentation needed from our internal systems or the MasterCard Online portal to aid in the investigation.- Prepare clear and concise chargeback or rebuttal letters to submit with the case, if needed or required.

Required Skills for Chargeback Analyst:

- Experience in Reg E and Reg Z and reason codes.- Detail-oriented with great analytical skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Possess excellent organizational skills to manage the multiple chargeback processing cycles in a timely manner.- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Word and Excel. One Note would be a plus.
