Job Title: Clerical Associate/ warehouse Basic
Location: Kansas Lane, #1, Monroe, LA 71203
Duration: 6+ months contract (Possibility of extension)
Rate: $15.17 /hr on W2
Job Description:
Duration:
- Work in a paper shred facility.
- Preparing files/documents for shred. Manual process with majority of time standing up.
Description:
- Able to stand for long periods of time. Manually move files and boxes from one place to another. Remove documents from boxes and file folders as needed.
- Performs basic clerical duties which may include accurately and efficiently scanning or copying documents, file retrieval, preparing documents for mailing.
Skills
Additional Skills:
Handle files and box documents.
Ability to lift and move boxes of 35-45 pounds, ability to stand for extended periods of time
Unable to work overtime as needed, Unable to work shift time (7:00AM - 3:30PM)
