Baer is looking for Client Partner for a perm role with our company.

Title: Client Partner
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: Perm Hire (Vendors Not Permitted)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing relationships with key Delivery Executive, Sr Manager/Manager/ Workstream Lead contacts in key programs and maintaining a continuing follow up cadence within assigned accounts
• Responsible for processing all identified jobs, resource submissions, interviews, placements etc. in accordance with program and SI specific SLA's in conjunction with recruiting
• Responsible for ensuring all resources are properly onboarded through coordination with recruiting, hiring managers and specific procurement contacts/processes for all assigned programs
• Responsible as primary POC for operational procurement tasks, Portal tools, onboarding and PO/WO issuance within assigned accounts

Experience / Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ Years of IT Staffing - Professional Services Sales experience to include proven managerial expertise
• Demonstrated experience driving standard staffing sales process with complex, time sensitive IT contract staffing clients and requirements
• Specific experience working with Enterprise Technology ERP and Cloud solutions including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or ServiceNow strongly preferred
• Prior experience/relationships working with 1st Tier system integrator community (Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, SAP etc.) highly preferred but not required
• Collaborative team-oriented work style
• Ability, willingness to travel as needed to secure key customer wins
