Under general supervision the Client Service Administrator' role within the division is to assist the Account Executive to deliver excellent service delivery to our clients.
The Client Service Administrator works collaboratively within the client services team, as well as service and operational teams throughout Computershare striving for excellence and continuous improvement with service delivery for our clients and its shareholders.
This Client Service Administrator role has significant Client Facing responsibilities.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide overall support for day-to-day operations within the client service team for key services for clients including and not limited to: proxy solicitation, information agent, and consulting client services.
- Process improvement and department initiatives.
- Collaborate and provide all other support to Client Service Team as required.
- Complete required internal training and compliance classes timely.
- Understanding of personal obligations as defined in all published Computershare policies, and act in accordance with those procedures and policies.
What will we need from you?Required:
College Degree in affiliated areas or equivalent experience.
2 - 5 years industry experience.
Extraordinary oral and written communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel (very good understanding, should be able to do formula's, comparisons) and PowerPoint.

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $70k - $90k. This base pay range is specific to New York State.
