SUMMARY: The Clinical Business Leader is responsible for the oversight of the performance and development of a clinical team, including registered nurses, LPNs, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, physical therapist assistants and certified occupational therapist assistants. This would include oversight of the coordination of patients' care plans by Team Supervisors as required by the Conditions of Participation, and ensuring the team is functioning efficiently by evaluating use of resources, and streamlining processes that are in line with the vision of RRH Home Care. The Clinical Business Leader makes decisions that support the health system's mission and goals, and creates an environment that encourages teamwork, positive attitudes, and high morale.

LOCATION: Rochester Regional Health Home Care
DEPARTMENT: Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA)
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
ATTRIBUTESMinimum Qualifications:
• AAS in nursing with at least 2 years of Community Health Nursing experience; BSN preferred. 2 years of Community Health Nursing experience not required if BSN is held.
Or
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school in Social Work
Or
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
Or
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
Or
Bachelors degree in Speech Therapy, Master's preferred.
Required Licensure/Certification Skills:
• Valid NYS license in either Nursing, Social Work, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or
Speech Therapy.
• Valid NYS Driver's license.
RESPONSIBILITIES PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
PAY RANGE: $63,000.00 - $105,000.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
