Job Title: Commercial Construction Superintendent - K12 Projects

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent with a strong background in K12 building projects to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of lead superintendent experience and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead superintendent in commercial construction, with a focus on K12 building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• OSHA certification is preferred.
