Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Track most current changes in documents Learn new skills and tasks Display strong organizational skills Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport professionally and work successfully with others Work independently on daily activities Work effectively with a team and/or independently regardless of geographical locations Assist with updates of weekly activity slides pertaining to contracting and purchasing Assist with record keeping and filing pertaining to contracting and purchasing Prioritize workload, multitask, and track to deadlines Demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills Research and understand pertinent FAR, DFARS, and other regulations, instructions, and directives pertaining to contracting Learn and use systems related to contracting and purchasing Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, federal and state policies and directives, and current government and commercial contracting standards Assist with coordination of necessary contractual actions with customer counterparts and with internal stakeholders Assist in creation and updates of policies pertaining to contracting Other duties as assigned
