RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking a Corporate Controller (Senior Director) to join their team in Mansfield, MA. This client is a large global publicly traded manufacturing/technologies company. The Corporate Controller reports into the CAO and will lead strategic finance and day-to-day accounting functions for a $2B+ publicly traded company. This role will lead a team, including Manager and Senior Manager level reports. This is a hybrid role with at least 3 days/week in office. Competitive compensation including 25% bonus and annual equity grants.Responsibilities will include:- The Corporate Controller leads day-to-day accounting functions including month-end close, financial consolidation, and overseeing the preparation of financial statements
- Ensure GAAP compliance on a variety of complex technical transactions (including revenue recognition, SEC filings, inventory, fair value accounting, stock-based compensation and FX/hedging
- Preparation and review of financial reports and budgets with the executive leadership team
- Involved with strategic planning and decision making across various business units
- Responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing of high performing leaders and their teams to achieve excellence and continuous growth
REQUIREMENTS:
- Big 4 CPA with 15-20 years of experience, in a large (public) corporate environment
- Strong technical skills including revenue recognition, inventory, acquisitions, and SEC
- Demonstrated leadership skills leading + mentoring teams
- Team player with strong business partnering skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
