Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Corporate Paralegal for the Indianapolis office of a top national full-service law firm. The Paralegal will support the firm's Business Group attorneys with a variety of corporate and transactional matters. This is a hybrid position. Duties include, but aren't limited to:
- Preparing organizational documents including entity formations and dissolutions, qualifications, incorporations, dissolution documents, minute books, stock certificates, and more;
- Ordering lien searches and preparing results summaries;
- Preparing board and stockholder consents;
- Calculating franchise taxes in multiple jurisdictions;
- Assisting with preparing forms required for SEC and state filings;
- Completing and filing forms for obtaining EINS;
- Maintaining frequent client communications;
- Preparing closing certificates;
- And more!
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of corporate/transactional experience in a law firm setting;
- Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity;
- Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred.
