Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Corporate Recruiter:

  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment processes, including meeting with managers to qualify requirements, screening resumes, and participating in interviews
  • Utilize candidate tracking systems to manage recruitment processes
  • Handle background screens, onboarding requirements, and ensure compliance requirements
  • Report directly to the department head, participating in weekly and bi-weekly meetings to discuss open positions


Required Skills for Corporate Recruiter:

  • Minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle, corporate recruiting experience
  • Experience in the Laboratory, Medical Device Manufacturing, or Health Sciences industries
  • Proficiency in using candidate tracking systems, iCMS preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or a similar business focus
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and open positions simultaneously
