Ultimate Staffing is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative in Houston, TX. This is an on-site, temp-to-hire position, looking to pay $17/hr. Qualified candidates will have call center and collections experience. Apply today!

Job Description:

• The CSR focuses on collecting monies for various clients throughout the country.
• They are responsible for taking inbound and making outbound phone calls following FDCPA guidelines.
• The CSR KPI's are measured by average call handle time, call notation time and daily number of calls handled.
• The call center environment is fast paced; therefore, candidates should be able to toggle between multiple screens and notate accounts while speaking to a debtor.

Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to compute basic math calculations
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to switch between multiple computer systems
• Knowledge of FDCPA, HIPAA, state and local collection laws and the ability to be licensed in all states is preferred
• Ability to talk to others to convey information effectively and professionally
• Capable of handling difficult, escalated calls and reach resolution
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor
• Well organized in taking and processing payments
• Ability to effectively handle calls while maintaining the client's and Firm's standards.
