RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client seeks a Cyber Integration Project Manager in Jersey City, NJ for minimum 12-month contract. Summary:The Cyber Integration Project Manager will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and workstreams that will help securely reach business goals across the firm, in particular, enabling the cybersecurity design for this new headquarters. Leveraging a deep knowledge of cybersecurity, technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. The Cyber Integration Project Manager's strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable them to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, they will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. As a subject matter expert, the Cyber Integration Project Manager will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
- Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
- Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity; experience with cloud, workspace/endpoint security, IOT security, and/or technology governance, risk and controls a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
