ONE-YEAR FIXED TERM POSITION
JOB PURPOSE:
The Deborah L. Rhode Center on the Legal Profession at Stanford Law School is looking for a Data Scientist to work across our research programs. This role will collaborate closely with teams of research fellows and students on projects the civil court system, access to justice, and transparency in state and federal courts. Under the direction of Rhode Center associated faculty and research affiliates, the role manage and analyze data critical to the Center's data-science research agenda focused on expanding access to justice and transparency in U.S. Courts. This position will report to Professor David Engstrom.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and relevant experience. Experience in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, data science, statistics, engineering, mathematics, economics, or a related field).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
·Programming experience in Python, R, SQL, and/or other languages
