Customer focused liaison implementing excellence in this Customer Support role. With Miele Business Partners as the customer base, will provide phone and email support to resolve customer issues and manage the sales order through invoice process in an SAP environment to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company protocols. This position is based in our Princeton, NJ office.

Goal: Make it easier to do business with Miele.

Essential Functions:

• Provide best in class customer service with a focus on meeting Department KPI's.

• Collaborate with the Dealer network, National Accounts and all levels of the business including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Warehousing and Transportation personnel to meet customer needs while maintaining quality standards.

• Respond to account inquiries by phone and e-mail as part of the dealer support team.

• Enter, monitor, modify, verify, and release standard sales orders through the fulfillment process within an SAP environment.

• Respond to post order customer inquiries by phone and e-mail to resolve disputes, issue debit/credits, and to approve return authorizations.

• Provide requested proof of deliveries or tracking information as requested by external or internal customers.

• Assist with special order intake for assigned account(s). The accounts may be added/removed as needed.

• Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of Customer Service in a corporate sales environment preferred.

• One + year experience in an SAP environment preferred.

• Basic Excel skills preferred.

• Two Years of College or Equivalent Work Experience

• Willingness to work overtime, if needed.

• Demonstrated proficiency as a Customer Service Representative from a retailer / distributor / manufacturing environment.

• Excellent verbal / phone, written and chat communications skills.

• Must possess excellent data entry, organizational and investigational skills. Must have above average attention to detail.

• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
