Description: Our client is currently seeking a Deposit Acct Servicing Tech I
8a-5pm daily On Site
Banking experience is a preferred but not required
Experience with posting fees and processing account inquires
Meet production deadlines daily with quality and quantity in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain strict confidentiality on member account transactions and credit union information.
MUST HAVE:
• Call center and/or member service experience, excellent communicator
• Can use multiple systems simultaneously
• Reliable-Dependable (we receive an average of 1,000 calls a month)
• No upcoming vacations within the next 6 months
•Thrive working in a fast-paced environment
This group will be specialized to handle deceased calls where they will be dealing with upset family members, so they need to be able to be empathic, compassionate and a desire to end the call knowing the caller received the best call of that day. Handling phone calls majority of the day
