ABOUT THE JOB

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution of email, SMS, and web tasks associated with marketing campaigns for our patients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs day-to-day email and SMS marketing tasks including email calendar management, campaign development, designing, scheduling, testing, and deployment of campaigns.
  • Manages end-to-end email and SMS campaign production and execution, including planning, list segmentation, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization.
  • Works closely with internal stakeholders to customize campaigns for different clients.
  • Maintains QA process to ensure all communications are brand compliant.
  • Identifies enhancements needed to decrease opt-out rate and increase email performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' experience in email marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have experience in building and designing email templates, and hands-on coding experience with HTML, CSS, and personalization strings / merge fields. Minimum of 1 year experience in SMS marketing. Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred; if no experience with Marketing Cloud, similar marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, Braze, Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, Pardot, Acoustic) is required.

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
  • Experience working within a CMS to update web content (Wordpress, Hubspot, etc)
  • Experience creating assets for email in Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Experience with campaign setup, audience segmentation using "and/or" statement clauses, email deployment, HTML editing, delivery monitoring and reporting.
  • Experience with AMPscript and SQL is highly preferred
  • Working knowledge and understanding of responsive design, HTML, CSS, Excel and Google Analytics
  • Open to working within Stensul, an email creation and approval system.
  • Self-starter who can juggle numerous campaigns at once and keep projects moving quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to think creatively and initiate innovative solutions to challenges

Pay Range: $65,000 - $85,000/yr

The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate's years of experience and/or skill level.
