JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
Entravision Digital is a full-service Hispanic digital marketing agency. We use our Hispanic and digital marketing intelligence to create an in-culture, in-language approach to engaging with local Hispanic consumers to help our clients grow.
Essential Functions
1. Lead in the creation of proposals for incoming RFPs by creating media plans to meet advertiser and category objectives.
2. Develop tactical digital media plans recommending the Entravision Digital products that will successfully achieve client KPIs.
3. Develop strong understanding of Entravision Digital's portfolio products
4. Ensure media plans include accurate pricing and utilize approved products and available inventory and adhere to defined business processes to ensure optimal program performance.
5. Communicate, advise, and field questions from Sales regarding product ( digital media specs, 3rd party vendor tags, research studies, etc.)
6. Effectively communicate recommended proposal details to account management team.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Actual hours and schedule may vary.
Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required preferably in Marketing or Advertising
2. At least 1 year experience with hands-on planning or campaign implementation associated with digital advertising in an auction marketplace such as YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, Programmatic or SEM
3. Ability to multi-task and function well under pressure with tight delivery timeframes
4. Operates with sense of urgency and discipline across various time zones
5. Highly organized; curios about proactively finding solutions to the problems
6. Collaborative - can work within a team and independently manage up, down, and across departments
7. Knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs
8. Enjoys being a part of the Sales cycle and may even want to grow into an Account Executive or Account Manager
9. Strong verbal and written storytelling and presentation skills
