THE JOB

We are looking for a visionary leader to serve as the Director of IT Operations, overseeing VEG's IT Operations and Support teams. In this role, you'll be on the frontlines of innovation and service, acting as the first line of defense for our Technology Department. You'll champion a culture where every interaction elevates the experience for our VEGgies, embodying VEG's mission and values. By leveraging creative and effective technical solutions, you'll drive operational excellence, enhance support processes, and empower our teams to thrive, making a lasting impact on how we deliver exceptional care.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and inspire the IT Operations team to provide exceptional, timely support to all of our VEGgies across all locations.
  • Foster a culture of "serving energy," ensuring that every interaction reflects VEG's commitment to extraordinary experiences.
  • Develop and optimize IT operational processes to ensure reliability, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support of the tools and technologies that enable VEG's day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technical solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Monitor and manage IT service delivery metrics, continuously improving performance and satisfaction.
  • Ensure operational readiness and resilience, implementing best practices for incident response and change management.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • 7 to 10 years of proven experience leading IT operations and support teams in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving when needed.
  • Strong technical background with experience managing IT Ticketing systems and support tools.
  • A leader who is always available, approachable, and ready to show up for their team in moments of need.
  • Demonstrated success in fostering a team culture of exceptional service and continuous improvement.

  • Competitive compensation $195,000 - $215,000 annually, and generous 401K match
