Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Manage payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Provide strategic financial and HR advice to senior leadership.
Lead and mentor a team of finance and HR professionals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field. CPA or MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance and HR management, preferably within the arts or non-profit sector.
Strong understanding of financial principles and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and HRIS systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $95,000 - $135,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
