Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and dispatch field technicians for service calls.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring timely responses.
• Greet visitors and provide general office support.
• Update Excel spreadsheets and enter data into Salesforce.
• Assign work orders to service technicians.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of call center experience is required
• Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Additional Info:

• Pay Range: $20-24/hr

• Schedule: 7am-5pm (flexible) 30 minute lunch

• Location: Saint Paul, MN 100% onsite
