BASIC FUNCTION
The Distribution Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between Rehlko and assigned distributors, consisting of both domestic and international channel partners. This role provides essential support as the first point of contact for quotation assistance, special pricing exceptions, and other unresolved commercial matters. The Distribution Account Manager also assists with escalated orders and shipping support, coordinates factory visits, and oversees witness testing. Additionally, this role supports the Regional Director in managing territories and developing distribution channels.

Distribution Account Manager SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Account & Distribution Management
- Execute Rehlko's account and distribution management activities, including special price exception processes and escalation resolution for reschedule notifications, requests for new ship dates, service issues and order modifications.
Project Management Support
- Provide project management support for large projects within assigned accounts, ensuring accurate order entry and ongoing tracking and communication of project progress.
Relationship Building
- Advance relationships between Rehlko, distributors, and customers. Serve as the primary contact for coordinating business development events, such as factory visits, customer experience trips, and witness testing.
Market Planning & Development
- Develop and execute market plans for assigned territories, working with both KPS and distributor sales resources to support the Regional Director. Identify gaps to sales targets and take corrective actions.
Sales Forecasting
- Update and manage the sales forecast for all Rehlko distributors within a defined territory.
Distribution Monthly Business Review
- Coordinate and load the monthly cross functional business review meeting with distribution. Lead the sales portion.
Quotation & Technical Support
- Provide quotation assistance and coordinate technical and product support to facilitate distribution sales associates' business development initiatives.
Market Intelligence & Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing to gather valuable market insights, provide feedback on lost jobs, and help develop promotional and marketing programs aimed at achieving sales targets.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Five (5) years of experience in account management or distribution management within an industrial or manufacturing setting preferred.
- Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with international channel management is preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP,CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

The salary range for this position is $69,800 - $87,950. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
