Meet the team:

Our Document Control team is one of a kind with highly skilled professionals who are supportive and fun to work with. Our team is looking for a new teammate who enjoys positive collaboration, strong partnership with various functions, supports change, and who will bring a new perspective to the team to help with continued growth.

Where you come in:

  • You manage the change control system (Cloud PLM); review, problem solve, route, assess training impact and release change orders.
  • You assist customers with problem solving and offer possible solutions utilizing understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
  • You support the testing and improvement of the change control software and other supporting software.
  • You assist in Cloud PLM software training and other training as required.
  • You are responsible for management of department projects to ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
  • You may support Quality in both external and internal audits.
  • You support scanning, archival and retrieval of quality documents and records.
  • You manage external standards in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • You generate and manage Quality Assurance reports as needed.
  • Your position assumes and performs other duties as assigned.

  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Your ability to create reports in support of other Quality Assurance systems is required.
  • Your ability to use critical thinking and resolve issues will support department needs.
  • Your knowledge of electronic documentation systems is a requirement.
  • You have a good understanding of Document Control requirements and processes as outlined in ISO 13485 and 20 CFR part 820.
  • You must have the ability to apply acquired knowledge of GDP and GMP to daily tasks.

Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Typically requires a minimum of 0-2 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).

Language Skills:

Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Examples of English language proficiency may include (but are not limited to): ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to verbally communicate with leadership, employees, and auditors; ability to comprehend spoken language.

Physical Demands:

Employees in this position may be required to perform the following physical activities: standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time; frequent use of the hands, fingers, wrist, and greater arm to handle boxes, and paper records; lifting and carrying objects up to 25Ibs; occasional overhead reaches and lifts; occasional lifts and reaches below the knee; occasional pushing and pulling of materials and objects with moderate forces; occasional crouching/kneeling, twisting, and squatting movements.

Work Environment:

Employees may be exposed to the following environmental conditions while performing this job: work near moving parts, work with chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, exposure to intense light and/or intermittent light, fast-paced work, and elevated noise levels.
