Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $102,500.00 - $121,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

Essential Functions
- Develop and maintain basic-level domain reference architecture
- Participate in cross domain reference architecture development
- Serve as the domain architecture consultant for development teams
- Participate in architecture reviews
- Manage architecture exceptions for domain
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies that include automated, manual, performance, and security testing
- Design and maintain scalable testing frameworks and tools to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
- Work closely with development teams to integrate testing practices into the software development lifecycle
- Establish and enforce quality standards and metrics for software quality assurance
- Lead and mentor a team of test engineers and ensure alignment with the organization's testing goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Basic understanding of domain architecture
- Proficiency in various testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and LoadRunner
- Programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#
- Ability to design and implement automated testing solutions
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure devops tools
- Ability to understand and address application issues including integrations and connectivity
- Develop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders and vendor representatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and identify root causes
- Ability to mentor team members
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in software testing
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in: Computer Science, Math, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 3+ years of engineering experience in Domain (Business, Information, Applications, Technology Infrastructure) and industry-standard testing methodologies and best practices required
- 3+ years of experience in producing design documentation, patterns, standards, or specifications required

At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $102,500 to $121,000 annually. This position will be eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plan(s) that will correspond to meeting performance goals.
