Description: In this position you will:
Collaborate with business partners for fiber, power deployments and construction supporting the Small Cell build plan in the public right of way. ?Coordinate workload and distribution of work activities as part of a team. ?Develop and implement new processes to drive down contruction timelines. ?Develop and implement new cost saving initatives. ?Project Manager numerous projects to drive construction and activation activities. ?Independently investigate complex issues, manage multiple priorities, converse well with construction entities, and provide direction in the field. ?Execute on project management responsibilities related to Small Cell deployment. ?Provide leadership and technical direction to deployment teams to ensure that all details of the plan are completed, including information gathering, analysis, and documentation. ?Handle RFPs, quotes, purchase order submittals, invoicing and material releases. ?Track projects through numerous databases and accounting tools. ?Solicit bids, negotiate and award contracts while managing the Small Cell project implementation/construction process from inception through completion. ?Manager numerous general contractors, review pricing and construction responsibilities. ?Serve as a liaison between various departments to facilitate the resolution of issues and concerns as they relate to implementation, integration and optimization. ?Submit reports to management regarding site progress and completion to published standards. ?Stay up-to-date on city, construction and electrical codes. ?Managed targeted deadlines for Contractors and A&E Vendors to shorten the timeline of jobs open ?Continuously building relationships with municipalities for faster turnaround of Permits/Deliverables ?Reviewed plans, redlines and worked with the Design team to develop the best site design plan ?Prepared, secured, and tracked permit status for Underground Fiber Optics Utility Permits through completion

You?ll need to have: ?In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager. ?Bachelor?s degree in Engineering. ?Three or more years of relevant work experience in wireless/telecom industry. Even better if you have one or more of the following: ?A Master?s degree in Engineering. ?Knowledge in the field of Small Cell construction and deployment. ?Constructed sites in the public right of way. ?Project management certifications. ?Network planning and implementation experience. ?Team leadership experience - lead/motivate/coach large diverse teams toward common objectives. ?Experience with written and verbal communication to high level leadership. ?Experience with providing power to small cell nodes.
