Multiple Positions Available

COMPANY: McKesson Corporation

POSITION: Engineering Manager

LOCATION: 6555 State Highway 161, Irving, TX 75039

JOB DUTIES: Lead the Solution Implementation team in both technical and personal capacities. Direct the project team in estimation, analyzing, designing, coding, debugging, testing, and modifying software enhancements and/or new software. Manage escalation and issue resolution for internal or external clients and stakeholders. Provide input to project resourcing plans. Translate business problems into functional work estimates at the component level for current and future projects. Work very closely with leadership in Operations as well as Engineering on an ongoing basis to ensure scalability and synergy across departments. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with direct reports and conduct performance reviews. Lead onboarding and training of new employees. 100% telecommuting allowed from anywhere in the U.S.

REQUIREMENTS: Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field and One (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field and Four (4) years of experience the job offered or a related occupation in lieu of the Master's Degree and One (1) year of experience

Experience must include 1 year in the following skills: SQL; Java; and Data Engineering.

Experience must include 6 months experience in: Python.

OFFERED WAGE: $161,096 - $173,800/year
