Job Summary:
The Executive Director has operational responsibility for all aspects of diagnostic imaging, Biomedical Engineering and related support services throughout the Froedtert Health System. Ensures effective and efficient Imaging Service and Biomedical Engineering by directing and planning operations for all sections of Imaging Services and Biomedical Engineering to meet system and entity objectives. The Executive Director must collaborate with Froedtert Health executive leaders and all entity leadership teams, to ensure delivery of effective, efficient and patient centered services in accordance with the Froedtert Health objectives, policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
Five to ten years demonstrated experience including supervision & management is required.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree in related field of business, health care profession or health care administration is preferred.
TRAINING DESCRIPTION:Radiology, Imaging or Biomedical Engineering training is preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:Strong leadership traits/abilities, interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills are required to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
