We are looking for a candidate with strong customer service skills and excellent attention to detail. No specific technical skills are required, but the ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and proactive. Key duties include:

1. Event and Room Setup
   • Arrange training rooms in various pre-defined configurations for meetings and events.
   • Assist with facility setup and breakdown for events and monitor room changes for incoming or outgoing occupants.
2. Building Inspections and Maintenance
   • Conduct regular exterior inspections for issues such as insect nests, irrigation leaks, roof damage, and signage condition.
   • Perform parking deck inspections, including drains, elevator functionality, fire extinguishers, lighting, and signage conditions.
   • Complete interior checks for leaks, HVAC functionality, trip hazards, door operations, soap dispensers, and glass door handles.
   • Conduct monthly occupancy audits for building spaces.
3. Fleet and Equipment Management
   • Track and follow up on orders for furniture, equipment, and other facility needs.
   • Coordinate fleet-related mailings and registrations for Colonial Fleet vehicles.
4. General Facility Support
   • Inspect and maintain the 400 site breakroom, collect mail at the end of the day, and manage internal mail for fleet weekly.
   • Update the space management system based on floorplan audits and changes in office occupancy.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the building's safety, appearance, and functionality.
