Job Description Summary
Our Facilities Operations Manager will manage work orders in our CMMS-Archibus, and allocate resources to oversee the day to day operations on campus. The Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance and operating activities at an assigned site. Individual is responsible for ensuring that timely and efficient services are delivered to the satisfaction of the customer, while meeting the company's financial objectives. If you are a Strategic Facilities Operations Manager with the ability to develop innovative technical solutions while successfully managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strong business results, this may be the opportunity for you!
Reporting to the Site Director, our successful candidate will provide strong strategic level Facilities Operations leadership. Day to day responsibilities will include developing the team, providing overall planning, establishing and maintaining effective customer rapport, and providing direction and guidance to the facilities team. IFM operations include: Maintenance, HVAC, Chillers, Boiler, Plumbing, Repair, and Project Management.
