Summary

Our client, a growint HOA property management firm in Irvine, is looking for a talented Sr. Financial Analyst or FP&A Manager ready for their next role. The position is hybrid (2-4 days / quarter in office in Irvine) and is a brand new role. Apply below for more info.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee core Finance functions that include building and maintaining financial reports and analysis.
  • Develop and oversee the monthly financial reports, annual budgeting, forecast process, including regional performance and variance analysis.
  • Create financial models based on scenarios to support organizational decision making.
  • Develop and present reports for key financial and operating metrics that support the operations.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations for senior leadership and provide supporting analysis to assist with strategic decision making.
  • Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders in the development of key strategic initiatives.
  • Provide business support to the operations team by representing Finance in ongoing planning, analysis, and projects.
  • Innovate by leveraging Software and automation to improve reporting

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ Years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
  • Strong financial acumen and grasp of corporate finance fundamentals
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills including prioritization and critical thinking.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take initiative to follow through
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
