Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in Finance at a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative company? Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks a professional, creative, and team-oriented individual to join our world-class Finance team. This Finance Systems Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining new and existing financial reporting tools for our Finance teams around the world. As a Finance Systems Analyst, a typical day might include the following:

Under limited supervision:

• Collaborate with Finance, division operation teams, and IS to understand current processes, design new processes and systems solutions, and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  
• Design, create, test, and own the implementation of new tools for a variety of technologies including OLAP cubes, MS Dynamics AX, MS Power Platform, and others.
  
• Maintain and manage existing financial reporting tools and platforms used globally across the company, ensuring high levels of quality and accuracy.
  
• Act as an information steward through master data management and monthly reconciliations of financial systems tools.
  
• Provide support to other Finance groups to help gather, organize, and analyze a wide variety of data with the opportunity to become an expert in company-wide information.
  
• Opportunity for team mentorship and setting group-level strategic direction.
  

This job might be for you if:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or similar degree
  
• You are an innovative, motivated, self-directed individual
  
• You have strong Excel skills; including experience with the MS Power Platform
  
• And working knowledge of corporate accounting and finance principles, theories, and concepts

Pay Range Data

Finance Systems Analyst $58,200 - $91,200. Senior Finance Systems Analyst $66,800 - $104,600. Lead Finance Systems Analyst $76,900 - $120,300. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Our ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
