RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client in Marlborough MA, is seeking to hire a Financial Analyst III. This position is 3 days in office, 2 days remote.Summary:This client is a Fortune 500 company in the medical device industry and are passionate about their work and the healthcare of patients. They are known for mentoring their staff and offering opportunities for internal growth and development. This company offers excellent benefits including 401K with matching, PTO, healthcare, flexible spending, and stock purchase plan.Duties:- Financial Analysis - Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide insights
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Develop and maintain financial models to project future financial performance
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Work closely with other departments, such as accounting, operations, and sales to gather relevant financial data
- Mentorship - provide guidance and mentorship to junior financial analysts and interns
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting required; MBA or masters a plus
- 2+ years of financial analysis, planning, and business support experience - required
- Advanced Excel skills - expertise in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Marcos, and complex formulas - financial software proficiency, SAP, Oracle other software applications will be welcomed
- Accounting principles - Strong knowledge of GAAP or IFRS accounting standards
- Communication skills - report writing - proficient in clear and concise financial reports and presentations
- Time management - ability to prioritize task and manage multiple projects effectively
- Industry knowledge awareness of the specific industry trends, financial regulations and economic factors that will help the business succeed in all areas financially
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
